AUTHORIZATION OF DOCUMENTS
If the document meets all the conditions, it can be confirmed or rejected. In document details the user can see all document data that is needed for confirmation. If the document is not yet ready for confirmation, it can be arbitrarily edited with the Action buttons.
It is possible to create arbitrary workflows, which can be very simple or complex. By selecting a workflow in the Reception office, the document will "travel" from user to user according to a predetermined path. Users can use the option of view-only or the option that requires their authorization of the document.
The application is accessible through a web browser and is available either within the organization or user-accessible from remote locations. Wherever employees are located, with a few clicks they can obtain all the necessary information.
E-BUSINESS AND INTEGRATION
The application fully supports the import of received e-invoices types eSlog 1.5 or 1.6. The application can be connected with any information system. We also link E-Archives of Post of Slovenia or other providers of e-archives.
